Kiltist processes orders within 2 days of placement and shipping takes 10-14 working days. Premium tartan kilts and customized orders may take 8-12 weeks. Customers can track their orders through the tracking link provided in the email notification. Kiltist allows exchanges for damaged or wrong orders within 30 days, but not for damages incurred after delivery. Shipping partners are DHL and FedEx worldwide express, with estimated delivery times of 3-7 working days depending on location. Time accuracy cannot be guaranteed due to uncertain circumstances as these spans are provided and dependent on DHL and FedEx.
