Order Processing time:
Orders are booked after customers complete their orders through the website/ email/phone.
Our team starts processing the orders made by customers within 2 days of their placement.
Order Shipping Time:
Once the order is processed, we will immediately send it out for shipment via premium delivery methods such as DHL, FedEx, or UPS. You will receive your order in 10 to 14 working days. Rush orders will be shipped within 2-4 working days and will delivered to the U.S within 8-10 working days. Although we ship worldwide, time frames can vary by the slightest margins in regions other than the United States.
Track your Order:
You will be notified about your order being dispatched to your given email address. You will receive an email regarding the tracking no of your order. Your order can be tracked through the order number. The tracking link is active within 24 hours of shipment.
Return and Exchange:
In case you receive your order in damaged condition or the wrong order, we apologize in advance for the inconvenience and provide you the facility to exchange your item within 30 days without the extra cost of delivery. If the damage happened at your end, after the delivery, Kiltist is not responsible for any cost or charges.

DHL and FedEx Worldwide Express are our shipment partners. DHL and FedEx Worldwide Express are the fastest courier services for international shipments. It takes 3 to 7 working days to deliver the product, depending on the location of your area. Delays are inevitable due to uncertain circumstances. Hence shipment mentioned above times are estimated by DHL and FedEx worldwide Express. Time accuracy cannot be guaranteed.
