Return & Exchange Policy

Kiltist has always been concerned about kilt design as well as its quality. From fine fabric to skilled tailoring, quality is always our preference. We are sure enough about our kilts that once you try it on, you won’t want to give it back. In any case, if the product is a wrong fit or comes with a fault, you can exchange it for another product of a similar value or you can apply for a refund. For a return to be eligible for a refund, it must fulfill the following criterion:

  • If your product is faulty, damaged or made in wrong size, you can return your product for exchange or refund within 15 days of delivery. Please email us, WhatsApp us or reach out through contact form and inform us. After that, provided the item is in sellable condition i.e., unused, unworn, and unwashed.
  • Return product must be accompanied by a return form, the original invoice, and all original tags and packaging materials of the product at the time of receiving.
  • Upon deciding to return, the customer has to send the item back to Kiltists bearing him/herself the shipping costs using any courier service of his/her choice.
  • Kiltist will examine the returned item and won’t be responsible for any damages due to shipping or handling.
  • The process for refund or exchange can take time to up to 2 weeks.
  • Refunds would be made to the original account through which the purchase was made initially. The refund amount would be exclusive of delivery charges.
  • Customers with exploitative behavior would be flagged in our system and can be dealt with through legal proceedings.

Please note that refunds will not apply to the orders that are:

  • Made to order

  • Customized

  • Special order

Defective goods and wrong items:

If you receive defective or wrong items from our part, we apologize in advance for the manual errors on the part of our dispatching team. For exchange please reach us at support@kiltist.com and provide the details of the relative issue. After inquiry and investigation, we will gladly resolve your complaint. Customers with false claims wouldn’t be endured at all.

Refund and exchange procedures may take 14 to 15 days to approve. Once they are approved, Kiltist will process the refunds and exchanges.

Please NOTE it may take 10 to 14 business days for the refunds to be credited to your account.


Further, make sure you are available at the time of delivery because we won’t be responsible for any lost/stolen orders once they’re delivered at your provided address.

To return the original product for refund or exchange, please pack the unworn, unused, and unwashed item in its original packing along with all the original tags and invoices and send it to the following address;
